My Café

(I’m gonna tell you about my café)

I’m going to tell you about a place
Where no one really knows me
And I don’t need to hide my face
A place where time stands still
And I get hold of new breath

In here you find old antique tables
And a great floor made of stone
Made by hand a long time ago
Like a chess in white and russet
Or a big jigsaw puzzle

This is not just a café, it’s much more like a home
With the very personal touch of Sue and Jerome

I just sit here with my cup of coffee
And sometimes a small cigar
I fantasize about the others
I know where they all do come from
And I know where they all will go

This is not just a café, it’s much more like a home
With the very personal touch of Sue and Jerome

I won’t be more precise about where you can find me
Cause here I get my new strength and here I make my stories

This is not just a café, it’s much more like a home
With the very personal touch of Sue and Jerome
